The Shirebrook Healthy Living Centre is a new, purpose built unit, specifically designed for use by healthcare professionals and others serving the local community.

Self-contained and situated adjacent to the town's surgery, and with a pharmacy and optician's suite (nearing completion) occupying the ground floor, the centre offers an ideal location for health and welfare practitioners to operate from. The town centre, including library, car parking and supermarkets are close by and the building has its own car park. The concentration of professionals within one building, coupled with the proximity to local amenities, represents an opportunity to enhance patient care, maximise customer flows, and create a complete healthcare facility in a compact area to the benefit of the local community.

   

The first floor comprises fully furnished offices and consulting rooms, boardroom and studio, all served by a reception and waiting area, offering a comfortable, accessible and safe environment from which to practise. The building is equipped with a lift large enough to take a wheelchair or mobility scooter and there are wheelchair-friendly facilities. Access to the site is controlled by an electronic door lock and the entrance is monitored by CCTV.

The Centre is now open and available for occupation.
